Data cable for application-neutral communication cable systems according to ISO/IEC 11801 or EN 50173-1, suitable for network applications of classes D to F such as 10 GBit/s Ethernet according to IEEE 802.3an.
Features
This outdoor data cable has a bandwidth of 1000 MHz and exceeds the requirements of category 7 (specified up to 600 MHz) according to IEC 61156-5 and EN 50288-4-1 with its excellent electrical transmission properties. It is therefore suitable for constructing cabling sections of classes D to F according to ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173-1. The stranded pairs are individually protected with a shielding foil (PiMF) and a tinned braided shield against radiation into the cable. This excellent protection also prevents signals from being radiated out of the cable. The stranding of the individual pairs is optimized in such a way that the signal transit time differences between the pairs (low skew) are minimal with the greatest possible decoupling (crosstalk). Thus, common network applications such as 10 GBit/s Ethernet according to IEEE 802.3an are possible over 90 m on this cable. The low weight and slim construction, as well as the use of PE (UV-resistant) materials, combine to form a high-quality product.
